Questions
The things people ask before they choose.
- What counts as a model?
- One product in 3D. A product offered in three sizes or four finishes is still one model. Deleting a model frees its place.
- What happens when I reach a limit?
- Nothing breaks. Everything already on your site keeps working; you cannot add more until you delete something or move up a plan. We tell you as you approach it.
- What is “Powered by Ylveno”?
- A small mark in the corner of the 3D viewer on your site on the Free plan. Every paid plan removes it.
- Is the Free plan really free forever?
- Yes. No card, no trial clock. Ten models, five gigabytes and one website, for as long as you want them.
- Can I change plans?
- Any time. Moving up takes effect at once; moving down takes effect at the end of what you have paid for. Nothing you built is lost — models past the new limit stay, you just cannot add more.
- What does a website mean?
- One domain connected to your Ylveno shop — a WooCommerce store, a Shopify store, your own site. A staging site does not count.
- Who owns the 3D models?
- You do, including the ones we make for you. Export them whenever you like; if you leave, they are yours to take.
- Do you offer invoices, VAT and local currency?
- Yearly plans are invoiced. Prices are in US dollars; write to us for local billing in Bangladesh.
